2. License and Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal or business purposes.
3. Subscription
- Free ($0/forever): Basic features — Vault (10 documents), Home (5 payments), AI Queries (3/day)
- Premium ($14.99/month or $149.90/year): Everything unlimited, Elite AI (50 queries/day + BYOK), Morning Briefing, priority support
- Family ($24.99/month or $249.90/year): Up to 5 family members, all Premium benefits, family hub, shared calendars and tasks
4. Payments and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime in account settings. 30-day money-back guarantee.
5. Data Protection
All your data is stored locally on your device and encrypted. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
The application is provided "as is". We are not responsible for data loss caused by the user.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of changes.

9. Governing Law
